     As we were dreaming up ways to get lots of real estate investors to come to Columbus for our annual "Show those legislators that we exist, and that we're real businesspeople, and that we house people, and that we deserve to have our rights as property owners and entrepreneurs preserved" Day at the Capitol, we struck on a brilliant one:

     Bring Pete Fortunato, the world-renowned creative deal structuring GENIUS (he hates it when we call him that, but he is) to teach us how to make more deals and better deals for a day, and then follow it up with a cocktail party for the legislators and attendees.
