Political Lobbying – We are working with lobbyist of Ohio Apartment Association to pass political information to OREIA’s Executive Director prior to bills being passed in State or Federal Congress. This information will be disseminated to the OREIA membership
Political Lobbying – We have a Grass Roots Committee looking into PAC funding with the Convention income to provide a united leverage for our membership.
Insurance – $500 D&O Insurance (Directors and Officers) is paid for each member group as long as they attend within the current year all 4 quarterly OREIA meetings.
Networking – Someone within the membership may have had similar rental or political problem. This networking can help you solve your problem.

Membership Leads – OREIA gives each group a list of people, including name and address, which attended the OREIA convention that do not belong to a REIA group. You are able to contact them and get them to join your group.
National Speakers – access to national speaker information on who’s good/who’s bad.
Professional Affiliation for your membership – OPHP (Ohio Professional Housing Provider) affiliation to get Housing Provider education information to members and the public to recognize us for this education.
Group Newsletters – Attendees of OREIA quarterly meetings get each group’s newsletter. (if the individual group has a newsletter)
